Exeter to St Agnes
As you come along the M5, the road changes to the A38. Take the next left to Oakhampton / Launceston A30. Keep on the A30 until Chiverton roundabout for 87 miles, {landmark Little Chef}, take 3rd right to St Agnes B3277 then right again at the mini roundabout for 3.2 miles, this brings you into St Agnes itself.
You will pass a Spar shop on your right, with the Railway Inn on your left, take the right hand turn down Rosemundy Hill. You will find us at the bottom of the hill on the right-hand side of the road ... have a safe journey.
Exeter to Falmouth
As you come along the M5, the road changes to the A38. Take the next left to Oakhampton / Launceston A30. Keep on the A30 until Zelah, {landmark Windmills}, take left at roundabout to Truro A3076. Turn right on to A390 at set of traffic lights. This brings you down to Truro.
Cross the large roundabout, {landmark Police Station is on your left} as you approach the next round about, keep in the centre lane, {left-hand lane is for Tesco Superstore}, at the top of hill take left for Falmouth A39.
